Accounts Receivable Specialist (Operations Support) (Remote) | Laguna
Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist manages a shared collections inbox by monitoring, reviewing, and triaging customer inquiries. The role involves categorizing requests, responding to routine questions, and routing complex issues to the appropriate teams (Collections, Billing, Customer Success). It also ensures timely processing, accurate documentation, and proper tracking of all customer interactions.
In addition, the role supports collections activities by assisting with past-due accounts, including basic outreach, updating account notes, and documenting reasons for delinquency.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage shared collections inbox
Categorize and prioritize incoming inquiries
Respond to routine billing and payment-related questions
Route complex issues to appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records and system updates
Support collections through basic outreach and account updates
Document delinquency reasons and account status
Follow defined processes for timely resolution
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, collections, or admin roles preferred
Experience with shared inbox or high-volume email handling is an advantage
NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and process adherence
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
