Trainer
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests
Manage projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved
Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and or virtual tools
Provide a critical eye to review training content and provide feedback for improvement
Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
Observe training sessions and provide development feedback to other trainers
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience with Training in a BPO company
Experienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)
Flexible with working on different shifts
Must have excellent English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Southwoods, Binan, Laguna
