We're Hiring! 

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter assists with the screening and  interview process, and provides other support, as needed. 

 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA 
  • Account Management, Reporting and Analytics 
  • Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling 
  • Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training 
  • Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention 
  • Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations 
  • Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires 
  • Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of  all chosen hires. 
  • Manages and updates candidate applications using the company’s recruitment tool  or trackers 
  • Ensures excellent candidate experience all throughout the hiring process. 
  • Regular hiring touchpoint and sending regular hiring reports to hiring managers 
  • Perform other duties when necessary. 
 

Ideal candidates have: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 
  • At least 1-year of Recruiting experience in a BPO set up. 
  • Experienced in conducting interviews 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. 
  • Experienced with reports and trackers management 
  • Positive attitude and client oriented. 
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Must be willing to work on mid-shift schedule and can adjust schedule whenever necessary. 
  • Has the capacity to work from home if needed. 
  • Must be amenable to work-onsite in Laguna
  • Must be willing to work for temporary employment
