Job Overview:
As Customer service representative you will be responsible to retain the customers who are
willing to cancel the services and also save those accounts from being closed. 

Responsibilities and duties:
- Handle inbound calls, as well email communications with customers to retain
customers that utilize our services.
- Verify the customers account information and apply rednotes in cases where the
customers want to end contracts.
- Retain the customers and complete offers so they can keep using the service
- Re sale the benefits to the customers and do adjustment if necessary
- Document the call
- Use different channels like email and phone to keep in touch with the customers
